The gourmet restaurant [Sambal Shrimp] in Seminyak, Bali, specializes in Indonesian barbecue and some authentic local food. The restaurant is located on the main street of Seminyak. There is a bar on the first floor and a restaurant on the second floor.
The decoration inside the store is very Southeast Asian, and the antique door railings are very delicately carved. Sitting on the outdoor terrace, you can see the street view and the sunset, and it is very pleasant to eat barbecue in the breeze.
His more famous dishes are shrimps, which are prepared in various ways. The cold dish recommended is [Lime & Kemangi Shrimp], which is marinated with fresh freshwater shrimp and Balinese spice grass, and finally served in an oversized glass red wine glass with a few slices of lime. It is quite interesting in appearance. However, this dish starts at at least 200gr.
I also recommend their shrimp appetizer series, which uses fresh shrimps and different local ingredients to cook, which is quite unique. I ordered [Shrimp Sambal Undis] and [Sauteed Kangkung with Baby Shrimp], both of which tasted very good. I also ordered some [Grilled Shrimp] and a whole [Grilled Squid], paired with the special Sambal sauce, which is perfect for drinking.
